my version of "real ranking"

Lower Top:
Phi Mu, AOPi, Theta, DDD
Mid:
Chi O, DZ, SK
Lower Mid:
AXO, AGD, DG, Gamma Phi,
Bottom:
Pi Phi, Alpha Phi, DPhIE, SDT
Most of the ranks on here sound like they were written by alumni and trolls from other schools haven't been accurate in 5-10 years. All sororities have pros and cons, none are bad, but this is what the average freshman or sophomore at UGA would agree with.
Most overrated houses on GR:
Theta, Chi O, AXO, Gamma Phi, Pi Phi
Most underrated houses on GR:
Zeta, AOPi, DZ, AGD

Alpha Phi is not underrated! They're brand new. They got a better looking pledge class through informal recruitment than DPhiE, but looks are only one factor and they're still forming their chapter. Rankings have to be earned. If alpha phi gets a better pledge class than other chapters next august in formal recruitment, they will probably deserve to move up a bit, but until they prove they can compete and recruit better than other chapters, they don't deserve a higher rank. It's really not that complicated
