Chi Phi has the nicest house-brand new
Ka is nice af
Greek circle houses besides kappa sig are new so they are nice but not very big or practical.
Fijis is ok
Sigma chis is ok but great location
Phi tau is nice but stupid location
DTD is super nice, just in the middle of nowhere
Phi psi is brand new but in the middle of nowhere and close to the hood
SAE is super cool because of how old and preserved it is
Lamdba chi-Pretty big but a dump
Theta chi-Old and lacking any renovations, their band room is massive though which is pretty cool
aepi-probably the biggest dump at uga
beta-probably the 2nd biggest dump at uga
Delta sig-pretty big but crammy
Sig ep-Has the most rooms out of any fraternity house- not much of a party room though
sigma pi-3rd biggest dump at uga
pi kapp-tiny but seems decent i guess
chi psi-nice, but tiny
