What tier would you consider Phi Kappa Tau at UGA? I heard they're up and coming with renovations and got a good pledge class. Knowing how fast fraternities fluctuate in tiers, are they considered top, middle, or bottom tier now? T

Probably going to settle in to mid tier along with the likes of Pike, Sig Ep, ATO, DTD, Theta Chi, etc.

Seems like they are going to have a nice house with primo location, plus the guys I've met are all surprisingly cool; don't really give off a tryhard vibe like Sigma Pi and Pike.

up and coming. jump on the train while you can. will never be upper tier but is exploding on the scene.

It will take quite a few years for them to get into middle tier. and DTD and Theta Chi are not middle tier. If they can get quality pledge classes, I could see them breaking bottom middle

They are growing pretty quickly. Awesome house. Awesome location. Should pull a decent class.
