sdt or dphie?

Which is better, DPhiE or SDT? One is small, one is new and nationally weak. I want to be in any sorority so I don't care but I don't know about public persona on campus.

Why do you assume those are your only choices?
Also why do tou assume you'd get a bid? Just because greek rank puts them at the bottom?
