by: helpis it possible for me to participate in spring recruitment if i didn’t participate in fall recruitment if i️ didn’t participate in fall? the process of fal recruitment was very intimidating to me however spring recruitment seems very difficult to get bids or even invites especially for someone from out of state who still doesn’t know a lot of people. any advice??

You can definitely go through spring recruitment if you didn't participate in formal recruitment. Some may consider this better than having done both, whether it be from a "once cut, always cut" standpoint or making sure the PNM wasn't just unhappy with her (usually lower tier) options and deciding to rush again. You should sign up with Panhel so that chapters that will participate will know you're interested. That being said, it is crucial to start forming genuine friendships with actives in the chapters (not just convenience friendships so you can get an invite) because any chapter that will be participating will likely have a pool of girls to pull from based on the unaffiliated friends their actives already have.
