Seems like every rank these days is written by either ADPi, KD, DDD, or DZ with the occasional alpha phi thrown in there. Nice to see a much less biased rank for a change

Even in theta is on social probation, they've been going out a ton and still got an amazing pledge class. I don't think there's a solid top house this year, but if I had to pick one, theta seems like a solid contender

KD is a hot mess. And AOPi seems a little low but they honestly haven't done too well lately. They're super low key and are the first choice for mid tier PNMs. AOPi is the top of the middle group, but not part of the top tier rn
