Gamma Phi had a half way decent rush this year as did all the lower tier houses, but still have a ways to go before they are anywhete close to a mid tier house. They just self rank on here non stop.

Move Pi Phi below AGD. All the lower houses had a good rush this year except Pi Phi who got stuck with all their leftovers. At this rate even DPhiE will be higher than Pi Phi in a couple years.
