Huh? Chi O didn't make quota this year and that's on top of starting rumors to pull a decent pledge class. No class.

Chi O is underrated IMO. Their pledge class this year definitely helped them a lot while other old rows stumbled.

Chi o deserves to be right where they are. They've had a few bobbles the past couple of years but managed to remain somewhat respectable. They had a great rush this year that solidified their position.
