What's phi tau like here? A lot of guys who went to my high school went phi tau and they're all weird as hell

i don't know the rules but suspended fraternities still do take in pledge classes because they still have their national charter. They just can't rush under IFC meaning they don't have access to the huge list of kids rushing.
