when do frat parties start?

And how do you find out about them? I'm not in a sorority but i would like to go to one to see what they are like.

'fraternity parties' aren't a huge thing here tbh and you aren't really missing out. Usually they are pregames hosted by a fraternity that last about an hour and you go downtown.

The above poster is correct. Big parties usually only happen in the spring here, the rest are under the radar, but you can usually tell when a fraternity is prepping for a party because they will put tarps/fences up around their yard.
