who usually dos COB recruitment in the spring?

Well dphie most likely will and of course alpha phi. Dg did it last spring and so did sdt as well.

AGD, gamma phi, and dz also had spring recruits last year

Most houses take 1-5 girls based on how many girls drop or how many graduating seniors they need to replace. DPhiE and Alpha Phi will probably be the only houses that have big organized open events. Anywhere else you really need to have good friends in the chapter who know you want to join

DG literally took like 30 girls last year so I'm not sure what you're talking about.
