cob over?
by: HmmSo has COB officially ended and is that a predictor for which houses will do recruitment in the spring? (As in which houses still didn't fill up their quota) I know alpha phi is going to do COB in the spring and of course Dphie as well but are their any other chapters? What about sdt or any of those?
