tiers based on only freshman pc

Subject says it all. Order in tiers is subjective but this was a crazy year all around

Top: KD, Kappa, Chi O, AOPi, ADPi

Lower top: Theta, Phi Mu, Zeta, DDD

Mid: SK, AXO, DZ

Lower Mid: Pi Phi, Gamma Phi, DG, AGD

Bottom: SDT, DPhiE

This is adpi in damage control mode. Theta and phi mu got better pcs than adpi.

ADPi didn't do any worse than Theta and definitely did better than phi Mu but it might be fair to bring them down to the lower top category
