My dad is in commercial construction and he says likely to take 12 months or more considering the scope of renovation and the large addition being made on the back of the house.

Really? That is such a long time. I am also hearing rumors that dphie is redoing their house as well?

Having to keep up with the Jones'. 11 beds doesn't cut it compared to all the other NPC houses when the avg is 54.
