There's no diversity! It's 2017! Sad!

Can't pledge 'em if they don't rush. Same for sororities and fraternities. If more 'diversity' would show up there would be a better quality pool to choose from because no one is guaranteed a bid. Everyone gets evaluated for good fit and if each likes the other. Affirmative action is just no good pledging someone you only want just to show your 'diversity'; bad experience for all concerned. It really is about sisterhood and brotherhood. If more 'diversity' kids would show up it sure would help.

Ever consider that out of the already TINY number of minorities that rush maybe none of them were good fits? With your attitude no surprise you got cut.

There's some good diversity in the lower ranked chapters like DG and DPhiE

How insulting that disgruntled people who post here assume that an entire group of people are undiversified clones just because they are not in the group! This is the height of arrogance........

Why suggest for people to go to another school since people of color "don't rush" when we should instead be trying to make it a more inclusive community where more people of color feel comfortable rushing.... just my two cents
