what are these two sororities and why are they always at the bottom of everyone's ranks? is there a reason they're bad and i should avoid them or?

dphie is a great sorority recently, they struggled because they were new at first. now they would be a great fit for many pnms, chill girls with a great sisterhood. i would pick them over many of middle tier houses.

I would say they are niche...
Our bit rate and generally university acceptance rate we are competitive so so happy if you get a bid at all
