do bottom tiers still have parties?

I'm going to keep an open mind about every single house because I'm mainly interested in the sister. Do the bottom tiers (from what I can tell that's AGD, DG, DPhie, SDT) still have parties and social events?

My cousin goes to another school where bottom tier = no parties or exchanges at all.

There are 25 fraternities and only 19 sororities. Every sorority has socials, even DPhiE.

yes the bottom tiers still have active social calendars. the bottom sororities are very active because there are a lot more sororities than fraternities. The bottom fraternities(dtd, chi psi etc) will only have a few socials and pretty much no parties because not enough connects or money.
