2 pref rounds?

How do you all think that having only 2 pref rounds max will affect recruitment?

It would have to lead to more early round cuts, wouldn't it? I know that certain percentages have to be cut because certain percentages can only be invited to prefs. At least it's that way with my house. Those poor girls. The early rounds are already a bloodbath!
