my opinion on guys ranks.

Top: KA, SAE, ChiPhi
Lower top: ATO, SN, SX, Fiji
Upper mid: SigEp, BTP, LXA, PDT
Mid: AEPi, D-Sig, OX, KS
Lower mid: PKA, TEP, DTD, AGR
still better than beig a geed: chi psi, ZBT, TKE, SP etc.
:explanation:
the top 3 are the top 3. the next row isnt as good but still pretty good, this is the prestigious old UGA fraternities.
this row are the next best mostly in state fraternities (ATO, SN) and the best of the OOS and nortern mix (Fiji, SX). all rage decently and are the best of the newer frats here. try hards but do decently.
dudes start to get a little weirder and try harder in this group. decent groups but they arent as impressive as the above 4. all of this row are the same. Phi Delt and Beta are respectable but dont rage as hard as SigEp and Lambda. SigEp and Lambda rage pretty hard but arent as respected. no pledeship for either lets a lot of weak guys through.
this row are chill groups with some pretty fun parties and events. dont get as wild as above. AEPi has some questionable guys but are a good group who pulls. Delta Sig and OX are balanced groups that dont stand out in one area. KS is small but NO ONE expected them to be doing as well s they have been, not a lot of guys but are very solid and pull hard. they run off of their old reputation here as a top group.

BTW, you claim Fiji and Sigmachi are "OOS and Northern." Really? Maybe Atlanta-centric but hardly dominated by Yanks and Out-of_Staters.
Almost all of the top 8 fraternities, yes including SAE and KA, have brothers from outside of Georgia ... Virginia, Texas, Alabama, North Carolina, etc.
More accurate ranking:
TOP: KA, Chi Phi, SAE
Near Top: Sigma Chi, Fiji
Upper Mid: ATO, SN, SigEp

Sig Eps are really nice guys and welcoming to people not in the fraternity. However, it's those same qualities that ever prevent them from becoming more popular around campus. They have a great name nationally, but struggle here. If they became a little less "sanitized", they could rise up in a few years.

SX and Fiji aren't as atlanta centric as they'd like you to think they are that's for sure. pretty sure i have doezens of OOS friends in the fraternity that freely admit the 2 go out of state a lot more than the other 6. also pretty sure SN and ATO send the less welthy in state guys overto SX and Fiji.. haven't heard the same happening but in vice versa.
doubt SAE and KA have enough OOS guys combined for me to run out of fingers to count em on..
