question about alpha phi

So I see alpha phi will officially be a sorority here at UGA, does anyone know if they will have a house? If so which one? Very curious about this, a good house will help them immensely..

I know a good house will not make them magically a top tier after 2 years but it sure will benefit them. DphiE got stuck with a bad house and it's not helping their recruitment.
