Falling:
Lambda chi-terrible pledge class in fall now have to do spring rush
beta-people just don't like them
pi kapp- kicked off campus so it will be tough for them
rising:
Phi delt- growing in size and bringing in some good guys
ATO-latest pledge is probably the best here
(maybe)DTD- met some of their spring pledges and they are nothing like the rest of the guys there. Might actually turn things around
(maybe) theta chi- they've had a rough stretch the past several years but seem like they have a grip of things now. Their past reputation here could help them out.

Pretty accurate actually except for theta chi and ATO.
Theta chi isn't rising or falling right now, they seem about the same as they were last year. ATO is improving, but they didn't get the best pledge class by any means. Best of the mid tier frats, sure, but not best overall.
