Are there certain sororities and fraternities that are paired together? I think it's called brother/sister...

No, that does not happen. No chapter here is "paired" with any other chapter. It shouldn't be a thing anywhere, IMO.

Certain members of one house may hang out with certain members of another house because of personal connections, and that can trend a certain way. But there is no official connection between houses. We are not each other's dating services.

Not accurate at all besides KA and ADPi because they only hang out with each other.
Chi O, KD and ZTA hang out with tons of different fraternities. AOII and sig ep is accurate but they hang out with ATO a bit too..
