fraternity parties?

I've heard that the frat parties at UGA are insane. Is this true? What are they like? Is it a bunch of people stuffed in a basement or is it more spread out throughout the house?

Can't speak for all, but at our house, if you are in the basement, the last thing you are doing is partying.

a lot of people stuffed in a basement for sure, but some of the parties are really good.
