old row frats can only take old row girls as dates

I just transferred to UGA from another school where my house was considered "top tier" and affiliated here where it is considered a middle house. I heard rumors that boys in Old Row frats here are only allowed to take girls who are in old row sororities on datenights. Is this true?? Or can someone at least provide any insight into that?

Definitely not true. I'm in a "middle tier" house and have gone on many top tier date nights and formats. Guys can invite whoever they want.
