Top: kappa, ADPi, Phi Mu, Theta, Chi O, Zeta, KD
Why, i would say that maybe theta is a little lower because of how they did during rush, also a lot of their pledge class doesn't seem to fit. Chi O is definitely a lot less of a party sorority with this pledge class. KD and zeta did the best in rush and have great socials this year.

Middle: AOII, Tri Delta, SK, DZ, AXO

Bottom: DG, DPHIE, Pi Phi, Gamma Phi, AGD, SDT

Chi o is most certainly above Tri delt. Tri Delt is just a half step above Pi phi and dz, and chi o is way above them. As for AOPi, their rush wasn't great at all so I believe they've slid in the rankings. For a good while AOPi was right near the top, but not anymore.

AOPi's spot in this ranking is super accurate, they had a disappointing pledge class. AGD also seems to be in their rightful spot as they took girls that DG/DPhiE/SDT did not want

phi Mu and ADPi are not above KD and Theta

Dphie is below pi phi and gamma phi. Also theta is above phi mu. Basically the tiers are correct but the order within the tiers is pretty subjective. It all comes down to what you value most in a sorority and no chapter is bad! :)
