Good: KA, SAE, Chi Phi, Sigma Chi, Figi, then maybe ATO, Beta, Sig Ep, Snu
Bad: Teke, Phi Kappa Theta, Chi Psi, Phi Psi, Sigma Pi then maybe Phi Tau, DTD and/or TEP if you're lucky enough to get a full social calendar
ADPi, Kappa, Theta, and Phi Mu are known for having the best social calendars (this might be changing since KD and Zeta are doing well)
DPhiE has the worst because their new and I'm not sure who SDT hangs out with other than Tep and AEPi.
Most other houses have a mix of good and bad frats and most frats have a mix of good and bad sororities. For example, SK had a social with Phi Psi a couple years ago and Chi O had one with DTD last semester even though they have mostly good socials. AGD had a social last year with AGR and DG had one with Phi Delt this semester. AGR and Phi Delt both have socials with mostly mid and upper mid tier houses. It just depends a lot of who the social chairs know and what frats the new members hang out with. Here's an example of an average social calendar although a lot of these frats are interchangeable.
Realistic/Average: Sigma Chi, ATO, Pike, Beta, Phi Delt, Theta Chi, Phi Tau, DTD, TEP

This list is very accurate in general but sometimes a sorority and a frat from different tiers will have socials because some of the girls are dating guys in the frat or the frat happens to like hanging out with the girls in that sorority. So if your chapter has a social with a lower tier frat, it doesn't always mean that's the best social you can get - it could just mean your chapter has a longstanding relationship with them or something. Our social chair tried to cut a lower ranked frat from our calendar a couple years ago because she didn't realize that a lot of us really liked having socials with them. Also most socials are fun whether the frat is top tier or bottom.
