alpha phi rush

When is Alpha phi going to participate in formal recruitment? It says they're coming fall 2017 but does that mean to form their chapter or will they join formal rush fall 2017?

They will colonize/form their chapter Fall of 2017, but I'm sure they will table or something outside of Tate and around campus this spring.
