Macon Magnolia is a HUGE square dance hosted every year by Momma June, where all the luckiest guys and girls from the gnat line south gather to hopefully meet their future spouses. Unfortunately, over the years, it has caused inbreeding and that is why adpi's pledge class in on the homely side. Seriously.

Why did the earlier post refer to AD Pi and Phi Mu as the Macon Magnolias? Do they get a lot of girls from Macon?

No, they call themselves that because they were both founded at Wesleyan in Macon. But I like OP's reason better! LMAO
