what happened?

What happened to tri delt over the last few years? They still have a bit of a prestige to their name (nationally and locally) but they've fallen so far from top to being lumped with the middle, they used to rival KD and zeta and now they're so far below them. Their newest pledge class is horrible and Even sigma kappa is above them now, what happened?
