What was quota? Anybody know how DPE did on their first recruitment?

Quota was 68 but recently got bumped up by like 3 so more houses can participate in COB if they want

Why would anyone down thumb You Go Girl wishing the new house on campus good luck?!? Was Rome built overnight? No. Did Steve Jobs create Apple in 7 hours so you could sit anonymously behind your phone and bash other sororities? No. It will take DPhiE time to get some footing but they will build a name and a reputation for themselves. Hopefully it won't be one associated with dirty rushing or cliques or snooty rich girls from the same neighborhood.
