the reality of rankings

Honestly, as far as the old row/new row stuff goes, the only people who truly think that only old row sororities are top tier are the girls that are in them. Most guys don't even know what old row is. Ask any guy in any fraternity which sororities are old row. They may be able to guess one or two, but for the most part they have no idea what that even means. They could care less if kappa is better than tri delt or if kd is better than theta, or vice versa, or whatever. With that being said, good fraternities are just looking to hang out with the fun and cool sororities which are (in no particular order):

Phi Mu, Kappa, ADPi, Chi O, Theta, KD, Tri Delt, AOPi, ZTA

Girls going through recruitment- you're going to have an awesome social calendar by joining any of these nine so choose the one that you feel most at home at. Not the one your mom was in, not the one your friends are going, and not the one that you saw was ranked the highest on this site. And if you don't join one of these, you're going to have a great sorority and college experience regardless. UGA is amazing!
