how does scoring work for recruitment

by:

Alright I'm looking for some real advice. How do I get a lot of points for convos and stuff during rush? How do points work and how does the voting process work. Give me whatever insider tips you have please! Me and a lot of pnms are wondering the best stuff to make us stand out during rush

Honestly, I think you're making a dangerous mistake worrying about points and scoring and that kind of stuff. First of all, every house does that stuff differently, and those kinds of details shouldn't be your focus during recruitment. Your focus should be sincere conversation and truly getting a feel for each individual house. I promise, you'll be selling yourself short if you are at parties mentally totaling potential points instead of getting to know the sisters. Please, just relax, try to enjoy the parties (they move really fast), and trust the process to work. You'll be great! Best of luck!!❤️

You're most welcome! Now, my REALLY good advice: choose a rush wardrobe you're really happy with. Pick clothes you love so that you'll feel your best. Everyone feels more confident when they feel like they look good. Carry a small purse with tissues to blot your face (because it's hot as all hell). Don't listen to other people (gamma chi group girls, dorm friends, etc.) when ranking, because at the end of that week, you want to be sure you land someplace where YOU are happy. No one else matters but you. And finally, wear comfortable shoes!!! The amount of time that you will be on your feet is ridiculous, so Rush is NOT the time to break in new shoes!
Now you know everything. You're a recruitment expert! See you in Athens!!

PNM's, read the above and commit it to memory. This is the most sensible thing I've read on this site in a long time!
