It's that small, really old looking white, Victorian style house across from gamma phi and near Clarke central. Really small and yeah phi psi left it in awful condition. Not even sure how DPhiE will have room inside to fit all them and all the PNMs each round during recruitment

It's supposed to be one of the prettier houses on milledge once they're done with their summer renovations. It is one of the historic milledge homes like alpha gam and gamma phi, but it'll never be as pretty as a house like tri Delt
And I heard they're letting 35 girls live in this year but will raise numbers later

Did the guys HAVE to sell their house? Or were they just offered more than they could refuse? I feel like there are a couple other houses on milledge for sale and other places they could have built at, so I'm just curious why it's that house also

Phi psi apparently plans to get or build a better house. And yeah DPhiE could have gotten a much bigger house. This one isn't ever going to be a decent size sorority house since not only is the house small, but the lot is small too so they won't be able to add to it much

Okay that makes more sense. I saw an article about DPhiE buying the house for a million so I was wondering how exactly that all went down, thanks!

Last I heard, only the downstairs will be done by rush. I still wanna know how they plan to fit all the PNMs inside though because that house is tiny

i thought about this and i hope they get enough done before recruitment, that house is so small and although it's kind of weird on the outside it does have a really nice porch and the inside stairs are PERFECT for round one but i wonder if it being historic will limit what they can do to it

They'll never be able to do the extension that it would need to compare to the other houses. The land that the house sits on is really small and parking is already so limited that they can't make it much, if any, bigger. If their chapter survives here this time around, they'll probably have to move in a few years.
