which sororities are on social probation?
by: JwI'm a PNM rising freshman at uga and wanted to know which sororities are on social probation? How long does that last and how does it usually affect recruitment?

No one has a reduced number either as far as I know. "?" and "facts" are trying to start rumors about houses. I've heard ADPi is on probation, but I'm not sure if it's true. DZ WAS on probation, but I'm pretty sure they're cleared for the fall.
Again, ZTA, DDD, & AGD are NOT on probation and do NOT have a reduced number of socials.

In terms of recruitment, the social probation issues will probably hurt dz the most. Even though they will have socials back next fall, they've had a whole year without socials and a lot of frats have replaced dz with other houses which will hurt their social calendar. If adpi is actually on social probation, that started still semester so they will probably be on it for fall semester as well. This will hurt them a little bit, but they have a good enough reputation to still get good PNMs. I haven't heard much about AGD DDD or ZTA, so the probably aren't on probation. I have heard a few people saying that AGD and ZTA have a reduced number of socials, but that's not enough evidence to know for sure either way.

Shouldn't technically impact their recruitment since we're not supposed to discuss social calendars then. And it usually lasts for two semesters following the incident, but it can range. Some nationals step in and make it last longer, and occasionally it only lasts for one semester. DZ should be off it by next fall but idk for sure about any of them.

Helloooooo DZ was off social probation this semester-- they had socials including ones with ATO AEPi and Pi Kapp. So calm down and stop spreading lies. DZ is not on social probation and it won't hurt their calendar in the fall. Social probation means more to girls in other sororities who try to use it against a sorority who gets on probation than it does to guys. Let's be real y'all. PNMs, don't listen to the lies on this site.

I know they have pledge socials (which almost no sorority's nationals allow) but idk if they got caught for it yet. If they get caught, they'll be put on social probation for sure but I haven't heard of that happening yet. Having pledge socials is one of those things that almost everyone does, even though it's against the rules so we just all try to not get caught
