lilly pulitzer shorts
by: JwAre Lilly Pulitzer shorts okay to wear here? I think they are really cute and classy, and I know the full on Lilly dresses are out and that's fine, but will it hurt to wear her shorts with a nice boatneck top or something?

A lot of people still wear full on Lily dresses! If you're talking about for recruitment, like someone else said, just make sure they don't clash with the tshirt and they'll be good for tshirt day. If you're talking about to wear to class or something, of course lily shorts are fine!

Idk I wear nike shorts most days, but sometimes I wanna look decent for class. If I felt like looking decent one day, I'd totally wear lily shorts with a solid, neutral colored causal top. Their shorts are a longer than most so you won't look like you're wearing a dt outfit and I think they're cute and summery. When we're stuck in class all day everyday, it just feels good to dress nicer occasionally. OP, just wear what you want and don't worry about what everyone else thinks. You're just going to class for goodness sake! As long as you're comfortable, you'll be fine. We can't dress to please everyone, because people have different opinions so just wear what you want, but I don't see anything wrong with Lily shorts

You will look ridiculous wearing Lilly shorts to class! Lmao. You will look like you googled "how to be preppy" or "what to wear at a big southern school". Just stick with Nike shorts and a t shirt please. Leggings when it's cold.
