pledging as a sophomore

I will be a transfer student and would like to pledges frat as a sophomore. What I'd like to know is if it is even worth it? Do sophomores even stand a chance?

I rushed as a sophomore and got bids from multiple fraternities. Although it is a factor, personality matters way more than the fact you'll be a sophomore.
