After reading over this site I have found a majority of the information of this site to be redundant and highly opinionated. Below, I have calculated the growth of each fraternity over a 5 year window. I have also provided some thoughts relating to why some are growing faster than others. The average growth rate over, after adjusting for PDT and PKP, is roughly 27%. Average membership at UGA is 94.

In an effort to promote fairness, the latest numbers came out after adjusting for December graduates. I have updated the numbers for the fraternities with an adjustment greater than 10 members. Any fraternity having an adjustment greater than 10 is promoting significant bias and potentially over-inflating numbers during the school year.
Alpha Gamma Rho 73 --> 79 (negative change of 19 from previously mentioned)
Chi Phi 99 --> 113 (negative change of 14)
Phi Delta Theta 30 --> 112 (negative change of 16)
Pi Kappa Alpha 64 --> 115 (negative change of 14)
Pi Kappa Phi 23 --> 84 (negative change of 30, could be the kappa sigma defactos graduating)
Theta Chi 70 --> 69 (negative change of 11)

According to the book IFC put out for fall rush AGR has 80 chi phi has 115 pike has 119 Pi kapp has 89 and theta chi has 76. Literally only one of these is correct

I am pulling the grade report file. This has been shown to be more accurate than the fraternity way booklet because fraternities have to pay dues per member.
