sup brahs!! this is just another message from the ALMIGHTY ORDER OF THE FIJ here to remind you that UGA is awesome unless you dont rush Fiji... how else will you find grindr dates or support bernie sanders?? hang ten! radical! lets go crush some surf then kick it while eating fish tacos!

cont. Hazing- Nothing compared to other schools. IFC has ended severe hazing and are putting in regulations for next year which will make it even easier for pledges. I'm a total wuss and made it through pledgeship. It's not that bad. Greek selection Difficulty- Varies by chapter. Some chapters will not take you unless you have a legacy. The good fraternities/sororities are hard to get in, you need to have friends in the chapter or be a really cool person. The bottom ones will take anyone.

Greek population-Very large and growing Greek Housing Quality- Sorority houses are top of the line. Huge and super nice inside. Fraternity houses are super old and have taken a beating over the years. Not as big as the sorority houses but still very large. Social Scene-Multiple social events throughout the week+weekend with sororities. Always something to do Attractiveness-Most attractive guys and girls in the school. Gender Ratio-Way more sorority guys than fraternity men.

UGA greek scene is falling. because it is getting so hard to get into, the greek scene is going down the drain. kids getting in aren't rushing and the kids that are rushing aren't as cool as they used to be. UGA peaked in the 90s. there aren't as many attractive people as there used to be and there aren't many big parties anymore like other SEC schools. Compared to schools in the southeast UGA doesn't compare in terms of greek life like it used too.
