Tau Epsilon Phi - ΤΕΦ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 1.4 A few are Smart, but not cool and NOT good looking. They are mostly quirky and not that friendly at socials. There was maybe one friendly guy at the social I attended. Most of my sorority didn't even bother going because they aren't very entertaining, cute, or friendly as a whole.
