Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 1.9 These guys are complete douchebags. Rushed them and they could literally care less about getting to know anyone. The only people they care about is people they already know or are friends with. They are the only frat I rushed that didnt have anything going on at the house for 2 hours. I doubt half the frat barley has a 2.0
