Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 2.7 Unless you have a virginity ring, stay away. These guys - while smart and usually leading in the grade point rankings of fraternities - are devoid of any social skills. Some are attractive but all are so socially retarded as it makes having a conversation with any of them impossible.
