Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 1.0 Complete joke. Its extremely small and doesn't really do much. Threw a party with Chi Psi if that tells you anything. If they mix with anyone but DPhiE in the future I'd be surprised. Don't know how they're ranked this high
