Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 5.0 Both of my dads were Betas at UGA, so naturally I was interested ;). I'm a second year and my freshman year I didn't think rushing was my thing. But my DPhiE friend from gender studies class suggested rushing for Beta after how nice and generous they were at their many socials. I'm SO GLAD I decided to rush Beta. As the first fraternity to be actively seeking a male sweetheart, I was instantly pulled in by the beautiful tolerance exuded by this fine group of strong men, both biological and in spirit. The nightly phone call circle and weekly inclusion seminars are great booster of brotherhood and acceptance!!! The kissing ritual before socials is also a great morale booster. My favorite house cat is Sprinkles- I love petting his tender fur! My favorite social was the DTD social at church!!!! Rushing (and now pledging) Beta is the best decision I have ever made! I'll leave you with my favorite line from our Titanic watch party: "I'll never let go <3".

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 4.4 wow. Went to their spring party this year and had the most fun! All the guys are super sweet and know how to have a good time! Unlike most frats these boys do not make inappropriate comments and actions but actually know how to respect women! Alot of them have girlfriends but it doesn't keep them from being a nice person, plus based on how they act towards girls I am no surprised most of them are taken. I love when they throw parties and when we have socials with them! Great group of guys to get to know!

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 4.0 definitely on the rise!! their new pc is a pretty mixed bag (some are kinda weird and awkward) but a good amount of them could have definitely gone to "better" houses. a lot of them have girlfriends but are still super welcoming and nice and will talk to you. we had our first social with them in a couple years and definitely want more :)

I have heard many negative stories about experiences associated with beta. Some of them are super sweet and others are very touchy and don't know what personal space is. There's really no in between but don't fall for a beta because they probably have multiple girls on rotation.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 2.4 These boys are very touchy and innaproptiate at all times. They do not respect boundaries and their parties are usually dead by 10 pm. Sometimes they have fun themes and very sweet pledge rides but you should be wary the boys are all players.
