Super nice and fun group of guys. Most are genuinely nice and will lend you a helping hand. Seem to have been a little nerdy in high school, but doesn't stop them from throwing fun parties and socials. A few are more nerdy, but they seem to have a good balance of partying and academics.

Nice group of guys, but a lot of them are shy. Small PC this year. I heard they are building a new house, which will probably be nice. Their house is really close to downtown which is maybe convient, but it out of the way of mileage or gircle.

All the pi phis I have met have been nice and welcoming. Toured their house during rush and it is really nice probably from their recent renovations. Their dues are a little more expensive than the average, but seems like it is worth it
