Very small fraternity. No house on campus. Weird guys too tbh. Socials are nonexistent or with DPhiE. I wouldn't rush and it might be THE bottom house here.

Best frat not called Chi Phi, SAE, or KA. House is kinda in a weird spot but consistently gets great PCs and has amazing events and socials. One of the top houses here for sure

Love these guys. Some of the most genuine people I've ever met. Dry parties isn't my thing but I recommend this place to any Christian rushing. Lower middle tier frat overall but its a little different than the others

Really a mixed bag. Some great guys end up here but a lot of weird people too. Not even in a shy or nerdy way some guys just don't seem to have social cues. Throw great parties some of the best events I've been to in the mid tier. House is garbage. Middle of middle tier imo. Worth checking out in spring and fall

Great dudes and absolutely gorgeous house. Don't get good socials/huge pledge classes mostly due to them being off campus. Definitely worth checking out tho. I'd put them low mid-middle tier.

Delta Sig is continuing to rise and get good PCs. I don't know what their ceiling is due to bad alumni relations and undesirable parties but they are top 10 here or close to it. Upper mid
