Great dudes in OX. Throw good events whenever they have them and the house is really nice too. PCs are getting bigger too. Sorority relations are below average but that's their only real downside. Middle of mid tier

Pi Kapp is a very good frat here. Throw great events and get good PCs. Married to Alpha Phi which is something too. Upper mid overall

Phi Kapp sucks. PCs have been weird for years and they have zero pull. Parties are very lame and sorority relations are lamer. I would feel bad saying this if the guys weren't douchebags but they are. Avoid at all costs

I'm not the biggest SX fan. They don't pull the best dudes anymore but they have so much money and good events so it doesn't really matter. Wouldn't be my first choice.

I like Beta. Have one of the best chapter GPAs on campus and still knows how to have fun. Definitely heavy drinkers but thats everyone here. House is bad and in a less than ideal spot. Upper middle rush here this fall

Gets large PCs every year. Parties and tailgates are fun. Guys are questionable and have an ego. Have very good mixers. House on the inside is a dump. Still a top 5 house here despite that. Definitely rush in fall

The delta gammas at UGA are so sweet and awesome. They are really pretty and fun. Additionally, I have a few in my classes and they are smart. Drop that anchor.
