hey retard...i did. and you CAN get a criminal record. maybe you won't go to jail the first time, but its still not worth getting a criminal record for that will ruin your entire future.

If you did do your research you would have seen the result of all the other cases that involved libel over the internet. It resulted in either the website being taken down or the articles being removed. You were right when you said a criminal COULD happen depending on how much the libel has affected the party. It's rare that a party would go to jail for libel, especially in the case of a website about a u of t student.

in reality no one cares what the outcome is for the idiot who wants to make that site. everyone who reports it will just make their lives a little more difficult and thats payment enough.
