APhi Mortgages & Tea?

I heard there were some tea about APhi's mortgages? What happened with their house? And any other APhi lore that y'all know?
TBH if you've been to formal recruitment you'd know that APhi is the only sorority that asks you to line up according to their pre-arranged order before going into their house, that's how you know they do a look-based recruitment and that's b/c they already pre-arranged PNMs according to their looks, and then the APhi sisters inside the house are also lined up in order of their looks (yes, they rate each other. that's crazy, ha!), that's why they can't let you mess up the order of the line. Yea, it's so stupid honestly.

Jokes on you lol cuz as a matter of the fact I'm very well involved in greek life and knows how formal recruitment works. Your APhi chapter advisor was SOOO MAD when the PNMs messed up the order they pre-arranged for PNMs when waiting outside of the house. Sure there is bumping, but just because there is bumping it doesn't mean that there can't be pre-arranged order or ranking of PNMs based on looks/appearance. We don't have to pretend that APhi doesn't do a look-based recruitment. Rather than defending for APhi, maybe you should to the library or something.
