Guessing to keep the main page clear and cater to party enthusiasts, they're using a secondary page for just party posts. It's a strategic move in all honestly, likely opening up chances for paid private events without the stigma a frat page would bring. I’m guessing that’s how they make money to cover some brother dues or pay for formal events. Pretty clever, it’s just extra income with less risk than opens.
