DU frat dog abuse

it wasn't intentional abuse, it was neglect. not that it's much better, but I know they never intentionally hurt the dog. they just didn't know how to raise a puppy lol. they gave him up willingly a couple of months later. they actually had stuff for the dog, but they didn't give him enough attention. again, not blatant abuse, it was ignorant neglect.

Being negligent to a dog is abuse. They are living beings and take a lot of time to raise. It’s one thing to have not realize how much work it is, and trying to change up your life but being unwilling to change and assume the responsibility makes them unqualified to ever own a dog. Now poor little puppy is probably traumatized, and might have some behavioural issues because of their negligence.
